I came here before work to get my AC checked out.The guys there were very friendly and welcoming and told me they could have me out by 2:00 (I came in at around 12:15). Needless to say they weren't ready and it had already turned to 2:10. Have been to & used various locations-recently I have seen several different faces in several stores. I was always impressed with the fact that I always saw the same people. I inquired about this and was told that the general manager was making changes. I have never had a problem with trust, now I am starting to wonder. I wonder if it is the people or the one making the changes
I purchased tires from this store several years ago. I thought they were expensive. However, when I got a nail in my tire yesterday, the place I usually go originally said it would cost $25 to fix it and THEN they said they couldn't fix it at all. So I went back to Griffin Bros. with a resigned attitude and just to double-check if it was fixable. Turns out they were able to fix it AND it was free because I bought the tires there. Griffin Brothers, University location, was able to detect a leak in my car after several attempts with other companies. None of the other companies were able to locate the problem, but did add stress and inconvenience to my life. Griffin Brothers not only located the problem, but provided me with transportation and peace of mind. I will recommend Griffin Brothers to all my friends and family because of their professionalism and sincere concern for me, the customer. Griffin Brothers has earned a customer for life!!
I have been to the Griffin Bros. store on Tryon street twice, once for new tires and again for tire rotation (which was free!) and an oil change and inspection. I was impressed with the friendliness/helpfulness of the employees, speed of service, and cleanliness of the store. The wait went by quickly, even with my 2 preschoolers. I was so pleased that they had a playroom for the children. I was beyond satisfied with my experience with Griffin Bros. I will be back for all of my vehicle maintenance needs!
I have numerous visits to the Griffin Brothers Tire in the University area. Tony & Ken always deliver the best Customer Service. I use their Courtesy Shuttle to and from work or home. These guys are the best! The facility is always clean. The restrooms are clean also. My last visit was this past weekend. I made an appointment for early Saturday morning. I think that this repair shop is not working for the best interest of their customer. Their estimates or inflated and the technicians are not honest with the customer.
I had an emissions test done at this shop the other day. I am pretty good about maintaining my car. I usually stay on track with maintenence schedules for my car. My car failed the inspection. I was quoted a price of how much repairs would cost @ Griffin Brothers. I suspected that I was being taken advantage of so I took my car to my dealer for a second opinion.
