My car started making a horrible grinding noise when we happen to drive by Griffin Automotive. I pulled in to see about an appointment to get it looked at and fixed. He pulled it right in, and it was the very end of the day, told me what was wrong, how much it would cost to fix, and to bring it back first thing the next morning. He had me back in my car by noon. After hitting a deer at 2:30 a.m. my vehicle was towed to Griffin Auto Body & Auto Repair. In morning, Mr. J. Daryl Griffin took care of me early on a Sunday morning and issued me a rental vehicle to use while my vehicle was being evaluated by my insurance company. This business is hands down the best I have ever encountered! They are very attentive to detail. Daryl and his team are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. Also, my car was spotless inside and out! Highly recommend this business! A scrapped back left quarter panel, numerous scratches from too many swipes from limbs... My 2018 Silverado looked pretty rough.
