Totally screwed up my taxes !!! Admitted he messed up and didn't even seem to care !!! Now I owe a ton of money that I can't afford to pay !!! Never ever will I go there again !!!!
Had my taxes done with this firm for over 20 years - what a huge disappointment it was that they make a LARGE gross error on my 2013 tax return and don't even help you with the IRS audit conducted in 2015 that causes you nearly $10,000. Promises and promises to call you back - still waiting! All I asked was for them to own up to their mistake and pay penalty and interest they caused - guess the non response means NO help
For the past three years I have had Griffin Accounting do my taxes and it will stop after this year! I was shorted out $1400 on my return and for the last three weeks have been trying to get answers for the reasoning. I was told over and over from Griffin that I would receive a letter from the IRS explaining the shortage. No letter ever came! Made a call to Griffin again today and demanded answers. We have used their tax perpetration service for two years... As a parent of two young boys I can not say enough about how family friendly their office is not just in having toys for them to occupy themselves or the nice changing table in the bathroom. But allowing the kids to play with cars back and forth on the accountant's desk... Talking to the kids at their level.... Really puts you at ease. That is in addition, to being affordable ( same price as buying turbotax) and accuracy with your money and getting the best return.... read more
