Dr. Arnold has been my doctor for 18 years. He has always been kind, taken care of my medical problems and has yet to fail being concerned about my health. His staff are the best! I would and have suggested him to anyone who is in need of a physician.

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying
