Purchased a Carbon Fold ST bike. After it finally arrived, I ordered a bike rack to fit that bike through the Utopia website and paid for it . When it arrived, it was the wrong rack. Utopia customer service refused a refund or exchange advising that I would have to contact the manufacturer of the rack. I had sent the request timely along with proof of payment and copies of photos of the box it came in which were labeled "Utopia". They did not even respond to my email and proof of purchase. Rent, but don't buy. My experience with this company was not good. We purchased a Beacon. Since the purchase, the degradation of the bike has been swift. The brakes went first. Next the throttle stopped working. Now the battery is refusing to recharge. I prefer to do work on the bike myself. The brakes weren't difficult to maintain. I bled them and replaced the brake pads. DO NOT COME HERE! my niece brought her e bike here to get her flat tire and brakes fixed. not only did they charge her way more than they should’ve, the owner was horrible. he was very rude to her because she didn’t bring cash even though they never said to do that. then her banking app wasn’t working due to lack of wifi and the owner refused to give her the password. then he made incredibly inappropriate and lewd comments towards her and even shut the door so she was alone with him. by the time she got home, she was in tear... read more

This company is not open, or in business. We drove 40 minutes to come here because website said open. It’s under construction and not open. None of the phone numbers provided work.
