I spent $300 on wire that was cut wrong both times I ordered it. First I ordered 3 ft and it came in 3 pieces of less than a foot. Then I ordered 2- 18" pieces of wire and it came in 14" and 17". Above the incorrect orders, "customer service rep" Kathy Foxx never apologized for either mistake and was rude and disrespectful every time we emailed. I do not recommend this company.
Giant rock in your parking lot damaged my vehicle while picking up one of your employees. Why are you protecting that tiny piece of grass right there in the driving lane??? Answer your phone!!!
Great support and sales staff. Hand built quality ovens that last!
Laid off a family member of mine without notice and during the time working there a raise was promised and was never given. Unreliable job.
