tl:dr Griepink and Ward refuses to honour their installation warranty, mislead about the condition of a unit, and upselling unnecessary services to get out of their consumer obligations! We had a split system air conditioner unit installed 18 months ago at our rental unit. The driver was speeding, changing lanes without indicating, and creating dangerous situations for other road users.
