tl:dr Griepink and Ward refuses to honour their installation warranty, mislead about the condition of a unit, and upselling unnecessary services to get out of their consumer obligations! We had a split system air conditioner unit installed 18 months ago at our rental unit. Your delivery vehicle with license plate 1HP5JQ was driving extremely poorly on the road. The driver was speeding, changing lanes without indicating, and creating dangerous situations for other road users. A/C died at our investment property. The Griepink team offered us several replacement options which allowed us to make an educated decision on the way forward. Then, not only did they complete the works without hassle, but while they were on the roof they took photos of some old, damaged weather boards that need maintenance work. If this wasn't identified by them it would've kept getting worse and most likely ended up with leaks and more damage and cost. Very grateful for this level of professionalism and care.
