Didn’t have a great experience when they came to check the AC. A bit rude and dismissive.
Mario attended my property today for a service call and I just want to say how impressed I was with his manner and attention to detail in getting the job done. He went above and beyond what was required for which I was very grateful. Would highly recommend him and Griepick & Ward.
tl:dr Griepink and Ward refuses to honour their installation warranty, mislead about the condition of a unit, and upselling unnecessary services to get out of their consumer obligations! We had a split system air conditioner unit installed 18 months ago at our rental unit. The driver was speeding, changing lanes without indicating, and creating dangerous situations for other road users.
