Kim is so on top of things. The first month I had the automatic withdrawal for payment out of my bank account. I funded the wrong savings account and therefore I had insufficient funds when the money was withdrawn. She immediately alerted me to the situation. I contacted the insurance company/Medicare and straightened it out within a few minutes. It was totally my fault for funding the wrong account, but I won’t make that mistake again. Thank you, Kim very much!
