we came to this place a couple months ago with my partner‘s 2017 Rav4 from North Carolina. It needed an oil change, but the car kept telling us there was something else wrong with it so we asked for a full check up. The oil change went well, but they quoted us $1400 worth of work, saying the fuel gasket was leaking into the engine and that it wasn’t safe to drive for more than a couple hundred miles. Wow this place sucks. Even one star feels generous. 1. Unprofessional behavior from staff - my name isn’t “honey” (looking at you Raul). 2. They will try to sell you made up services (fuel induction service? how about no, thanks. next they’ll tell me they need $500 to clean my license plates) 3. Not only do they up-charge on services ($700 for front brakes according to Toyota Greico, if you go down the street to Town Fair Tire, they quoted me $400) but they also treat you like an idiot with no critical thinking skills or abi... read more
Mice ruined my Toyota’s engine wiring. The service team carefully assessed the damage and devised a repair plan. My Highlander runs better than ever thanks to their due diligence. Also, Jack spoke with the adjuster to confirm the service was covered so I wasn’t overcharged. I could’ve faced serious financial trouble and been without the car, but Toyota saved the day.
