Ordered Toyota parts that were quickly delivered. Three months later Grieco sends me an email telling me that my credit card payment never went through and that I still owe them. I sent them a screenshot from my credit card app showing that my cc in fact was charged and that I therefore do not owe them anything. Grieco replied with a thank you email. This place is terrible! What a bunch of crooks. They charge you $11.50 SHIPPING surcharge to pick up your own parts! A pair of brake pads would cost me $11.50 if I wanted to go pick them up or $10.19 if I had them shipped to my house ! This dealership is why everybody calls them stealerships. I'll take my business to Smithfield Toyota.

WHEW! So I needed some parts for my 2014 Corolla. I am not a car guy. Called their number. Mr.Tony picked up and helped me. I tried to order online but did not know all the parts. Mr.Tony was EXTREMELY PATIENT!!!!! I called in SEVERAL TIMES. Even placed the order and forgot to add a part. He fixed that as well. Ya want good pricing from great people…. GRIECO TOYOTA PARTS are where you wanna purchase from!!!!
