I went in for an oil change and to get my brakes looked at and the staff were extremely professional and made the experience a pleasure. The service manager Jose was especially great and got me a loaner vehicle. He even put on the heat and seat warmers before I got in. The price for the service also came in less than I anticipated.
Dealership sold me a brand new Santa Fe Calligraphy with a tear in the passenger seat leather. Drove all the way back from CT to have the service dept. take pictures of and send to Hyundai. Upon leaving Joe a service advisor told me they had to wait for parts and would be in contact. 2 weeks go by with no word. Not only can I NOT get Joe on the phone, I couldn't get anyone in the service dept. on the phone. Another 2 weeks go by as they straight up ignored me. I experienced very poor service during my visit. The staff member clearly saw that I arrived first, yet allowed other individuals to be assisted before me. Additionally, I had previously called to schedule an appointment, but upon arriving at the location, I was informed that there was no record of it in their system. This lack of organization and attention to customers resulted in a significant waste of my time. I work in the service industry and I can say wholeheartedly that wonderful people work here, they all get along well and are so considerate, helpful, and pleasant. I was only there briefly but I know for sure I will be coming back. Thank you all for what you do!!
Hyundai in Johnston was one best experienced we had with them!! Our Salesman Donny was awesome & I would recommend him to anyone else buying a car! It was a Great place and Service!!
