I wish I would have done some research first. The process has been so painful. There was a back order which what out of anyones control but it's what happens after that baffles me. The route of the issue is nobody is a priory there, we are a dollar sign. Mixed updates, missed completion dates, car being towed all to different dealers for different things. If they just had levelset after the back ordered parts came in we would be fine. Instead I find this operation super disorganized and not client forward.
If there could be a “best part” of being the victim of a motor vehicle accident, I would have to say, it was the decision to have my car towed to Greico Collision, in Johnston, RI. From first contact with Lin, who arranged my tow, rental car, and the insurance appraisal, I knew I was in good hands. Lin, and the nice folks over at Greico collision, made the entire process seem-less.
