I'm sorry for the other people with poor reviews, if, that was actually their experiences. But I have only recieved great service from the staff there. Always with great info that I research and find they were being straight up. I appreciate yall so I rate a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Erica, Erenia and everyone in Parts /Service I know it's not easy.
This place used to be a great parts department, they got rid of all the parts guys and everything went downhill, you can spend the day calling the parts department and nobody answers the phone. Very unprofessional we will be taking our personal & commercial business elsewhere to the other local chevy dealer.
Dean was very helpful from the parts and accessories department! I spent hours looking for the right part within minutes of calling him he was able to lead me in the right direction and get the part in a timely manner for me
