just took my brand new car into service here and it was by far the worst experience i’ve had bringing a car into get work done, first they try to upsell you and try to make you pay for oil changes and other service you don’t even need then they denied me a loaner when my car is clearly not drivable. Grieco Chevrolet of Ft Lauderdale has been by far one of the best service departments I've ever used. The staff are friendly and helpful. My service agent Jonathan is kind, knowledgeable, and keeps me updated about every stage of the service process. The waiting area is great with comfortable chairs, snacks, beverages, and TV. I trust them completely with my 2017 Camaro. Highly recommend them.
