Great, Excellent Truck was under warranty, had to pay tow bill because police would not wait for Roadside Assistance to come. It took them to long to respond .⁹
Making an appointment was an absolute nightmare. The AI system answering the phones was horrific. I hung up after 15 minutes of trying to get someone on the phone. I then went to the Greico website to make an appointment and the app was down. I will go back to using Ed Morse Chevrolet even though you are 5 minutes from my house. It was a simple oil change for God’s sake!
