I brought in my 2016 Corvette for an oil change. I was charged 289.00. I called around and the first other Chevy dealership I called was 199.00. Call around to get a better price as they mark costs up to the extreme. 21.65 per quart of oil which I needed 10. No military discount. Very unprofessional service dept. Finally the kid brought my car up and scraped the front splitter. The service department was empty so I am guessing most people in the area probably already know about this business and lack of professionalism.
Took my husbands truck for service because the engine check light is on. Told it would take 7-10 business days to get a diagnostics report and up to 15 days. Asked if could be placed on a list to come back at a designated time to get the diagnostic done, NO. Just purchased a new a vehicle last week. Wish I knew this before that purchase!!!! VERY dissatisfied customer!
Wow that was amazing. I've never had this experience with any service Center of any dealership. Johnathan, I appreciate this thorough and complete point inspection and the new tire? Other places just pat h it up even if you have the coverage. I will be sharing this video with my friends who are looking to buy GM vehicles this year! Dope.
