Took my husbands truck for service because the engine check light is on. Told it would take 7-10 business days to get a diagnostics report and up to 15 days. Asked if could be placed on a list to come back at a designated time to get the diagnostic done, NO. Just purchased a new a vehicle last week. Wish I knew this before that purchase!!!! VERY dissatisfied customer!
Wow that was amazing. I've never had this experience with any service Center of any dealership. Johnathan, I appreciate this thorough and complete point inspection and the new tire? Other places just pat h it up even if you have the coverage. I will be sharing this video with my friends who are looking to buy GM vehicles this year! Dope.
