I had an excellent experience there, the staff were amazingly kind and the practices for an eye exam were very thorough. Several staff gave me opinions on which frames to pick, and overall I felt like they were very considerate of my experience there. Will be going here for all my eye care needs!
Never even made it to the appointment. They called to ask if we had insurance. I said no, we have flex spending account. She said "Oh, so you don't have any eye insurance". Once again I told her I had a flex spending account and could pay for both exam and glasses as I have for the past 10 years. Nope, girl on phone wasn't getting it. She heard Senior and talked to me like a Poodle, she heard no insurance and sent me letter pointing out how much exam would cost (2 times higher than other locals) and that I would need to be a... read more
They deliver quick service without nonsense.
I've waited for 5 weeks now for my glasses and still haven't gotten them and whenever I call they tell me I need to wait another week or so like come on people need there glasses
