The person who answers their phone, her name is Jessica is very rude & unprofessional. I called 3 times and each time they had hung up on me, 4th time I was asked to be placed on hold and then got hung up on again and then finally was able to get through the 5th time & even at that I was given attitude by Jessica when asking questions.
VERY NONCOMPLIANT: This place does not require masks, therefore, putting the vulnerable elderly patients coming out of surgery in danger. The elderly all wear masks to protect the young, but the younger, healthier are not required to wear masks and some don’t. Safety of the patients should come first.
