Great communication, quick response, and overall super friendly.
The entire crew of Gridley Honda were spot on . I ordered a Honda gas mower and a Stihl weed eater. Picked them up 4 days later when I was leaving Gridley. Both were serviced, fueled and ready to go. A very friendly and professional place to do business. Also I made some new friends !!!!!!! Thank you.

My husband just went into your store and treated very poorly. He was in there to get parts for a lawnmower. Your staff acted like they didn't want to help him and keep sighing. He actually walked out. So sorry that we weren't buying something more high-end. Sad that a person can't shop in their own town without being treated like crap.
Outstanding communication. I contacted six Honda dealers; only three replied, and only two actively answered my questions. Gridley Honda responded quickly and answered all my questions, including offering a few suggestions. It is not often I get to purchase a brand-new item such as a quad from the showroom floor and I am completely satisfied and happy with my purchase and experience at Gridley Honda. It was worth the one-hour-plus drive to Gridley Honda. -Mark
