Great boot camp class!!! Each class is fun and full of energy. My gym-mates are motivating power houses!!! Coach T is positive, encouraging, and knowledgeable about fitness and exercise.
Coach T does a great job with my 14 year old. He was 6 feet and about 135 lbs when he started a few months ago. He is now up to 145 lbs and in great shape. My son plays baseball, and Coach T has done a great job with his custom workouts. I highly recommend, especially for the price.
Every session is different and the workouts are not difficult to get through. He is Professional and eager to get you to your goals
Coach T is the best without a doubt. I have worked out with Coach T over the years and he never disappoints. Results, results, results . If you are looking for great people to workout with without judgement and whole lot of fun, this is the place to be! He takes you where you are and also you to work up from there.
