I had a new septic installation and needed an electrician to come out and install an outside outlet for the pump. I called Gridic and Mrs Kim scheduled an appointment. The electrician came out and did an assessment, got the parts, equipment and started working. Keegan was friendly, professional and did a great job! I am highly recommending them.

Inconsistent customer service. I reached out to Gridic to install a 220V line to my laundry room. I was told that an electrician would contact me on the following Monday, as it was a Saturday. No call. About two weeks later, I called again to restart the line of communication and was told, “Okay, someone will call you right back shortly.” There was no call at all.
