They take your money and ignore you. It's that simple. I signed the lease online, paid online, and was never given a door code to actually be able to use my storage unit. The call center personnel are courteous and sympathetic, but little else. Promised phone calls from "the Facility Manager" never occurred. Emails via their website went unanswered.
Place is a joke. They don’t return calls. Their call center ppl barely understand English. They just talk in circles and argue with you.
Ebony Ferguson was very helpful so made sure she walk me though everything and that I was happy with what I was looking for place is safe and clean.
