Grid One has contract with RGE to install smart meters. Showed up in December while at work and left tag. Called for appointment and first available in our area in 3 weeks, stayed home from work, no showed. Called multiple times, “ service tech on the way”. Next door neighbor, same experience. RGE sending threatening letters that we will get service fees starting in 2 weeks from end of December and we can’t get these people to show up. The 1.7 Star rating should tell you all you need to know about this company. They honestly don't care though because they are under contract from RG&E and since they are the only provider of gas in my area where else you gonna go? I told them to hold off on installation until I could get more information and they went ahead and still did it anyways , just waited until I wasn't at home.

Horrible company. They would not pick up the phone and only connected through RGE, then they said they cancelled my job because I opted out. I told them RGE told me I was opted in. She hung up on me. Could only reach them by having RGE actually speak with them as they continued to hang up on me! My bill goes up if I don't get their service so they abuse the customers. RGE get rid of these creeps!

Technician from grid one came for a Peco meter install which they keep terrorizing the apartment building and trying to keep rescheduling
