Technician from grid one came for a Peco meter install which they keep terrorizing the apartment building and trying to keep rescheduling
Our bill is always paid on time, sometimes a few days late, yet comes out to turn off our water. This company is an absolute joke. Don't even answer the door, unless you're looking to argue.
This company is contracted with the state, yet 100% performing illegal meter switches and trespassing. I caught their truck and employee deep on my property searching for a meter to switch out. I don’t have a meter and live about half a mile off the road. What are they doing on my land? I have no electricity! I received no email, no phone call, or mail. Zero notice. Rochester NY for RG&E - 8/9/25 - Came to change our meter to a “Smart Meter” & failed to properly install our gas meter. This caused a gas leak in our house where the Fire Department had to come out & make sure it was safe to occupy. The LEL was 32%! You are going to kill somebody! This will be reported to the proper authorities.
Disgusting behavior by your technicians. Said some very gross things to my wife while he was inside my house as he was trying to pick her up for a date. Is this how you people operate on a normal basis? Get some control over your employees
