They don’t have an option for zero stars for this company reviews. I can’t stress enough to anyone dealing in the future with this company how bad they are. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I had solar panels installed with GridCity Electric, and the initial installation went smoothly. However, I encountered significant issues with their service when I needed an inverter repair under warranty. Poor Communication: They rarely answer their phone. I had to call 10-20 times throughout the day just to reach one person. Lack of Follow-Through: They instructed me to contact SolarEdge for a replacement inverter, which I did. I hate to say it, but I am very disappointed with how I’ve been treated by this company. For over a year, my panels have not been producing energy. I reached out to Grid City to help resolve this issue, but they haven’t done anything, what I really want is to find out what it’s wrong with it!
