I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve experienced with Grid City. My solar panels have had technical issues producing energy for the past two months, and despite calling roughly 10 times seeking assistance, the issue still has not been resolved. Each time I contacted customer service, I was met with either rude remarks, little urgency, or promises of follow-up that never happened.
