It’s a collection of good people, I’ve yet to have any friction anyone there. I’m doing volunteer work with them and it’s a great experience. It’s hot and sunny up on a roof, but it’s a good place to volunteer
I've been trying to reach out to speak with someone at GRID alternatives. Our solar panels need servicing. We need to coordinate a time to have someone come out to the property. We are unable to speak with anyone on the phone. I left a VM asking for someone to return the call. The voice message states that due to COVID there may be delays. However, I would imagine that someone could at least call back to let me know they are working on getting someone lined up. Its been Five Business days. I hope to hear from a rep soon.
