Great install but very difficult to get in touch with the office for follow up. They never answer their phones, respond to emails or voice messages. I had to do a surprise visit .
Excellent customer support
GRID Alternatives was so great to work with. They qualified us for a No Cost solar system on our home, which included needing to have our main electric panel upgraded from 100Amp to 125 Amp. They completely covered the cost of the upgrade, by an electrician of my choice as we were further out of their standard service area for their own electricians.
