customer service is non existent the install/repair needs training. there is absolutely no follow through with services appointments or repair. there are cheaper friendly quicker better services around.

Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the consistent quality of service. I used to be afraid of thunderstorm forecasts because it meant that when the storm arrived, our internet service with the "other guys" would inevitably go out. However, since making the switch to Grice, our service has been constant. The last two severe and days-long storms may have taken down trees, rained down hail, and produced spectacular cloud-to-ground lightening, but they didn't take down our Grice internet service!
