I'm rating this a 2 solely on the fact that they originally responded very quickly and came to my home for a repair in a timely manner. However since then, I have had to call multiple times to get someone to come back and finish up. There has been no shows, unprofessional phone calls, disorganization, even the comment "well, they (Gribble) already got their money and paid me mine so it's no longer their problem". Reliability is what they showed to my husband and myself today. After a huge tree limb landed on our roof, we had the limbs removed we needed tarping to protect while waiting for insurance to do their thing. Mike and young man went up and secured tarp during this 90+ ° weather , on a 2nd story slate roof. Many thanks for quick response.

I called and was scheduled for a roof inspection and small leak repair within 2 days along with a quote for a new roof. Roofer was professional and very helpful. The quote for our new roof is very fair. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Gribble Roofing Company! They replaced a flat roof on my back porch. The finished project was above and beyond my expectations. I'm so grateful to Mike and his crew! Professional, skilled craftsmanship, friendly crew and clean up. Definitely would have them back.
