This dealership has poor accounting practices. Several times they got my balance wrong, they were telling me I owed a certain amount which was not accurate. Ultimately, they repoed my vehicle saying that I was behind several months, which I was not. When I spoke with someone in there finance department, the manager admitted that had made a mistake on the amount owed but then proceeded to tell me that it was someone else’s decision that led to the repossession of my vehicle. Payments are high, cars are average . Customer service gives you the run around . Everytime I have a problem with my car , and call the office they say the manager is not there or at lunch . I had someone call right after and they talked to the manager . They also wait until your 60 “warranty “ runs out and dodge your calls and say they don’t have a mechanic available .
