Very fast service and an overall pleasant experience.
Jeremy, Sarah, and Corey were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were courteous, fast, and provided great service when I came in to purchase a used car. The car was clean and freshly serviced. I cannot express how thankful I am to them for their time, and I will certainly be giving them my business in the future for all vehicle services and purchases.
I broke down across the road from this repair shop and all I can say is Wow ! What a great experience so helpful and friendly, Kudos too the family that owns and operates this establishment and the people that work there. If you have a problem in the Lincoln Maine area my advice call These people .
The service department is top notch! We had a wheel bearing seize unexpectedly across from their establishment and decided to walk over and see if they could fit us in. Not only did they immediately pick up our vehicle, but they gave us a ride home with all of our laundry, groceries etc. We have never experienced such awesome customer service! 3 hours later they gave us a ride back and we were finishing our errands. The people at Greywolf were very pleasant to deal with, did not pressure me at all, and was willing to negotiate. As always with used cars, remember to do your homework and have another mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection so you have all the facts. I'm really happy with my purchase!
