Friendly staff at a great location with a good builder, EQ Homes. The appliances are bad though and the builder needs to address this issue. The poorly reviewed and cheap washer and dryer are too small, take forever and the freezer is too small to fit a personal size pizza. Use a decent counter depth fridge please. Further to the request for more information from EQ Homes, a few images are included. The fridge and stove are the original and the washer and dryer are the badly needed, new, full-sized replacements.
These properties are amazing. New and high tech.
We purchased at The Spencer and have been especially happy with the customer service to date. Design appointment was also a breeze ;)
You will be charmed at pre-sales. Surprises come at the post-sales stage. You need solid nerves and tenacity.
As one previous reviewer stated - tenacity and nerves of steel required. EQ homes talks the talk but they don’t perform; no customer service, no after care. Initially they act as though they hear your concerns, but no one follows up. We’ve been in our unit for 4 months and have already had to engage Tarion because of the lack of response from EQ.
