Worst place on planet earth. Had a closing on September 6 on September 5 they had done nothing towards the file or the escrow and they were only supposed to give my $20,000 earnest money deposit directly to the seller and instead they gave it to someone else’s hard money, lender and now I can’t get it back. Worst title company on planet earth please avoid it all cost although now I think they are out of business, their escrow officer is terrible
