I am a 13 yr, handicapped resident of Greystone Falls in Columbus, GA. I feel ignored & neglected as a long-term, reliable resident. I placed a work order on 28 JUN 2025 after my closet shelf fell & all of my clothes were on the floor. It was a Sunday & I spoke with the weekend Manager. By Wednesday, no one called-no one came. This Company has been giving me the run around for almost 2 weeks for an application they said would take 3 days to process. Even with perfect credit, verifiable income, and great rental history I was denied. They only asked for my photo ID and never the co applicant’s, the process was sketchy. Once they seen how I looked I was denied.
