I have had a great experience living at Pointe Columbus. The staff are easy to talk to and have always been helpful. The offered amenities are also clean and well taken care of.
I'm trying to understand why it's taking so long for a decision to be made on my application. My credit and rental history is A+ and my income is verifiable and exceeds the requirements. I was promised a free month and now as that month nears, Greystone Inverness is slow walking the approval of my application. They were ready to accept my application fee and show me the unit. Even gave me half off the app fee. I've called twice and spoke to Christine, both times she says she will call me back and has not.
