First their hours are more of a guess of when they MIGHT be in the office. When we had a issue with pretty much anything (maintenance, neighbors, whatever) we were asked to handle it ourselves. The neighbors are atrocious we had issues with bullies, possible child molesters, multiple hit and runs, parties 24 hrs a day, smoke blowing in our windows, stolen property and other peoples dogs to name a few.
