Highway Robbery – Shame on Greystone Power! These 4 and 5-star reviews must be from employees or people getting a break from this greedy company, because the average customer is struggling to pay these outrageous electric bills. This is nothing short of highway robbery! Our thermostat is set at 74 degrees all summer long, and most of our home runs on gas — so there’s no way we should be using this much electricity. Greystone Power is THE MOST EXPENSIVE electricity I have EVER had to pay for. If I ever move out of my house in South Fulton, my next location will not be serviced by these highway robbers! Basic needs like electricity should not be this expensive. AND those little raggedy profit share checks they send out are an insult! Keep the check. LOWER YOUR RATES! PERIOD!
If your power goes out, they will refuse any reimbursement.
