I've called Greystone 3 times in the last 1 1/2 weeks about why a new cable has been connected between my home and my next door neighbors home. They have been non-responsive. Apparently, they're not caring about their customers and their concerns concerns. I don't understand why they can't answer a simple question, or have someone come look at these boxes and provide some type of feedback. This is not very responsive to your customers.
Highway Robbery – Shame on Greystone Power! These 4 and 5-star reviews must be from employees or people getting a break from this greedy company, because the average customer is struggling to pay these outrageous electric bills. Im a new user of Greystone. I spent a decade somewhere else and wasn't aware of the prepaid option, but your agent said it was the best option and cost effective. I moved into my new place and turned the power on September 2nd. I had not been able to live in my place at all for a whole month and still not there. This company are definately scammers. How can one make a payment to your prior apartment as an oversight and paid to the right apartment within 24hrs and withdrew earlier payed funds from that prior account apartment and having to tell you after 30days that the money shouldn't have been withdrawn because its already transferred from the prior apartment to the new one thereby, making a late payment for an entire month.
