I recently just moved and I’m new to GreyStone first red flag is that I couldn’t make an account online so I had to have my wife do it and she mistakenly signed up for the prepaid account and it seems like I’m paying about $250 a week I’m literally scared to switch to the regular bill because my bill might be $800 a month. Greystone's recent billing practices have left me feeling frustrated and confused. My bill skyrocketed from the mid 140s to over three hundred dollars without any explanation. Nothing has changed in my home.When I tried to call their customer service, I was met with an incredibly long hold time, with fifty callers ahead of me. I'm hoping they'll take steps to improve their communication and billing transparency. Until then, it's hard to recommend their services.
Power went out, but the fantastic workers did what they had to as soon as possible and got the power on immediately. Would recommend their services to many.
The worst power Company I've ever seen in my life if y'all have any other choice please do not get greystone. You would be better off getting a generator like I'm on the way to the store to get oil for my generator now after I got back home the power was off this morning. . 12am.
