My husband booked me a full day of treatments as a surprise which included, a facial, manicure, pedicure, hour massage & a wash with a “blowout” which on the site includes lunch from Olive Garden or Long horn. Ive been going to Greystone for several years and never had a bad word to say about the place. I've been to both locations with no complaints and Sheila the owner has always been lovely. Today however, was the worst hair experience I have ever had. I felt uncomfortable and unwanted the entire time of my visit which spanned about 3 hours. For context, I had made an appointment for my regular highlights the previous Saturday. I told the stylist Vicky what I wanted (she had done my hair twice previously).
