Like an idiot I rented an apartment at Greystone without ever having to see it when I got here from Salt Lake City. The place was filthy crawling with bugs and they took my $2000 and just that was it. I did not move in there. I had brand new furniture. I was not moving my furniture into that filthy apartment. They are all privately owned maybe you would have better luck with a different owner, but they just robbed me blind.
Awful, very bad experience, make sure that you won't get your deposit at the end of the lease even you do your best to keep it clean , the rental manager charged me over 800$ ,450$ for just the paint of the kitchen cabinet ( that doesn't have original paint it was old white paint that peel easier , their original paint Is brown ) and the rest for the house paint that's his responsibility to do it for a new tenant !!!!
