READ BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING WITH GREYSTONE: This has been an absolute nightmare working with our first contractor Ben / Greystone Exteriors LLC as we work to remodel our house. DO NOT WORK WITH!!!! THIEF!!! We paid Ben 12,000$ back in March to start our project, he lied to me throughout the entire summer and about why he had to keep pushing our job out. Even though he consistently told me he has never screwed anybody over, we decided to cancel our contract with him in September. He told us he would pay us back and then has completely ghosted us. We had severe hail damage on our Otis Orchards, WA house and barn roofs and siding. The job totaled nearly $250,000 dollars worth of work. Greystone Exteriors (Ben Nelson) was called for a quote after a referral by our neighbor and close who friend used him to successfully install a new roof in the summer of 2021.
