Paid $2,000+ for blinds and extra for disposal, but contractor left a mess, visible debris, and pieces of the old blinds that should have been (at a minimum) cleared out. If this is how they work in an apartment with the owner present, I unfortunately do not have faith to contract them for larger properties.
From the first phone call to final installation, the entire experience was smooth and organized for our shop In downtown. The blinds have completely transformed the look of our space. Excellent fabric and costumer services.
We had a great experience with Greystone Blinds. The process was problem-free -- from the (free) estimate to the install of cellular shades, we were not disappointed by the timeline. They also took down and disposed of the old shades so really appreciated that! Thanks, Gunu and Mike.
To your below response - copied your 1st email here: “If it's going down , it's probably an issue with the programming. It would be $150 service charge.” So you didn’t even offer to check it first or think of other possibilities, you just wanted me to pay. Showing me this “pay me or leave it” attitude…. After I questioned you, you finally emailed me a poor explanation and offered a visit first. Programming? Misuse? Incorrectly pressed the button? When a recent issue came up, their team responded quickly and had it resolved within just a few days. Adam came by for the service call — he was friendly, experienced, and clearly knew what he was doing. It’s reassuring to see a company that honors its warranty and takes care of customers even years down the line. Definitely a company you can trust!
