Poor attention to detail, got the RAV4 back with a fisheye defect in the clearcoat, and polishing compound left in the crevices of the front bumper.
Amazing work with some of the best people I've ever met. They truly care about making your car look as nice as possible with extreme attention to detail and quality control. My 18-year-old Lexus looks new after going to them for body work.
