Stay away - literally. They will lie to your face to make a buck off of you. If you’re currently living with them, I advise recording every conversation and copying every email interaction for whatever future legal action you’ll have.
Living conditions at the Collection at Live Oak are absolutely unacceptable. My ac has been out for the entire month of may and they have done little to nothing to remedy the situation. I have never received worse customer service in my entire life from any single person or company as I have from the collection at live oak. This is absolutely appalling at best.
