I'm currently sitting in a $100M apartment building managed by Greystar. It's 79 degrees with 57% humidity inside (dehumidifier running) because "your a/c unit is only designed to cool your home to about 20-30 degrees below the outside temperature." Well things have progressed due to Sage in the office, so now I’m having to take other routes instead of the owner simply contacting a tenant having lawsuit issues on their property. The property in Austin will not give me my deposit back. They do not take care to there buildings and there were constantly error charges on my bill.
