The company policies allow them to send your deposit to another person. This has happened to me. They have sent it to someone else and now claim that it was returned. It is a massive scam

Houston TXWhile we have maintenance issues such as broken washer (service request more than 2 weeks old), broken toilet fill valve for 10 days worst of all drywood termites reported more than 3 weeks ago and while these remain outstanding while we suffer and continue to pay rent....your maintenance team are "chilling" at the pool....shame on you for treatment of residents....
Have no concern for tenants at all
am incredibly disappointed with my experience applying for an apartment at Atlantic Nowell Creek, a Greystar-managed community, and with the lack of accountability shown throughout the process. From the beginning, I was led to believe my application was progressing normally.
