Here's an idea of the properties Greystar manages. They're incompetent and only care about making money- they couldn't care less about the tenants renting their properties. The world would be a better place if scumlords like this company didn't exist. Update-- It took them TWO WEEKS, to fix my A/C in the middle of July- and it wasn't until I threatened to report them to the city. This group will scam you because they bought too many buildings and are in the red. My experience with them was terrible and after I COMPLETED my lease they sent me to collections for breaking it and charging for the services they forgot to finish before leasing me my unit. Our neighbors downstairs told us the unit was only vacant for about a week and no one came to clean or fix it before we moved in and Greystar had to pay for a hotel for my family to stay in because the unit was so rancid.
