I’ve waited more than 3 months to get my refund. They don’t answer emails. I have repeatedly tried to get this refund check of $975 I was even sent a smart disburse link and set everything up to where it would be deposited into my bank account within 3 business days. It has now been 8 business days later and the money is nowhere to be found. They continue to lie and make excuses and falsify everything they say. If I could give MINUS 5 I would!! I have been at The Parasol for 6 months. In the first month I did not have any hot water. They came after several phone calls and were supposed to have fixed it … something to do with the thermostat. They put in a new thermostat. This didn’t work … they had to DRAIN MY SYSTEM BY USING A LARGE TUBE RUNNING FROM THE BOILER GOING THROUGH MY LIVING ROOM to my bathroom. If I could give a 0 star I would, this is the most scammy company I’ve ever had the disgrace of dealing with. Their company will never give documentation that supports their words. Have been fighting with them about move out charges for more than 2 months now. 0/10 recommend. Have a lawyer on standby if you wanna stay at any of their complexes, you’ll need them.
I lived at your 3809 South Congress Apartments for three (3) years back in 2009 as Patricia Paredes. It was a fabulous experience. When my adopted daughter was born management put in hard wood floors. I had a storage unit and reserved parking, too. I loved management and they loved me back (smile). My oh my have things changed.
