I have had a similar issue with the property 6440 when it comes to my deposit for sure it has been well over the 21 I have approached staff members before and they were helpful until after like the third week they couldn’t keep saying the same thing and they were instructed to not help me anymore by the Property Manager then I started going to the Property Manager. I applied for unit 536 at The District East and cancelled my application. I'm supposed to receive a $356 refund which includes the holding deposit plus application fees since they did not do any screening on us. But I only received a check for $144. I have the ledger to prove the refund amount of $356. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for more than two months and just need an explanation and get this fixed so that I can stop contacting you. Thanks, Nicholas Garces
Nice place to live
Similar to the apartment complex employees, they never answer the phone. They have a voice automated phone line, probably to prevent them from having to talk to all of their disgruntled customers, which just makes us more upset. Thanks for nothing Greystar.
Awful! Complete ripoff! Apartments SOLANA AT GRAND have cockroaches. Charge you for stuff they literally don't have. Between these owners and the people that work in the apartments all they do is pass the blame back and forth.
