This company tried to raise my rent in the early days of the pandemic. When I moved out with ample notice, I gave them a pristine apartment. They fabricated charges and refused to return my security deposit. Three years later, they have hired a collection firm to collect like 4 days of rent with three years of interest. The first notice I got was a ding to my credit report and score. These people are thieves, they are liars, and, raising rent during a pandemic also makes them criminals. I Used TO LIVE AT DEERWOOD APPARTMENT I MOVED OUT ON GOOD CONDITION WHEN MY LEASE ENDED WITH 2 MONTH NOTICE AND APEYED MY BALANCE. AFTER 1 MONTH THEY SEND ME A MOVE OUT STATMENT OF 851.00 $ STATMENT WITH MADE UP BALANCES THAT I DIDN'T PAY AND AND A CHARGE OF 652 $ FOR CARPET CLEANING I'VE BEEN CALLING AND LEAVING MESSAGES WITH NO CALL BACK.....IF YOU LIVE IN ONE OF THEIR PROPORTIES RUN AWAY .
DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH GREYSTAR / THE BOARDWALK AT TOWN CENTER WOODLANDS! Sure, the location is nice and the complex has a lot of amenities but so does nearly every other complex in the Woodlands. When we signed our lease we received a move in packet and information on the moving process. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Ricky at the Houston Richmond offices is awesome! He's very professional, committed to provide great service, helpful and he's also very informative. Greystar please don't over look this employee, he's a model employee. I would not be surprised that he'll be a leader in the company one day.
