I had a terrible experience with GreyStar property management. Their communication is awful, and they have overcharged me and withdrawn money from my account without explanation. Then sent a email saying I overpaid giving me a refund of $600 to turn around 2 weeks later charge me an additional $600. Despite my efforts to contact the management, no one, not even Storm Fortner or manager Kevin Gardner, responds to calls or emails. My niece was an employee here and they told her if she turned in keys before the first she would not have any charges therefore she is now seeing a $434 charge which is not acceptable. What can we do about this?
