Strung me along for over three months regarding a $750 refund. Tesota Morningside was the complex, to be specific. I was lazily sent to third parties who had none of my information on file. Despite being told I would receive the refund by check, over two months passed with nothing. Then, I found out they had sent the refund digitally to a random email address—and I mean VERY random- a month before they even informed me they would issue another check.
