No ethics at all. Upon move out they charge you for things that were broken when you moved in and reported in your move in sheet. They also make up random charges. They’re charging me a month to month fees despite the fact that I had a year lease and never did a month to month anything.
Management apparently believes that rudeness and sarcasm shows superiority and strength...It does not. It's arrogance, it's corrosive, it's sad and in no way shows professional behavior and/or strength. Residence would not have to report problems to the city if management would listen. There's no other choice than to report problems to the city, so how can management possibly get upset ....
