Strung me along for over three months regarding a $750 refund. Tesota Morningside was the complex, to be specific. I was lazily sent to third parties who had none of my information on file. Despite being told I would receive the refund by check, over two months passed with nothing. You know the deal, if I could give zero or even negative stars I would. I think the photos speak for themselves. The real kicker is that they'll force you to go through this and then try and shut you and your whole family up about it for essentially three dollars. The manager responsible just replied to this as if she wasn't the one lying to our insurance company and not doing her due diligence to have our maintenance requests actually fulfilled. I'll start by saying, I liked my apartment and the management AT my apartment. However, I had a very unpleasant interaction with a Demi Browning. She called saying my final payment bounced and that I need to click a link she emailed me. Feels scammy to me, might be legit but still... I wanted to check my bank account to confirm the payment didn't go through; she really didn't like that lol. I had my auto pay set up through their Sun Plaza property resident portal, and because of a glitch in their system we were almost charged for an amount equivalent an average for 2 months worth of rent. Prior to charges happening I personally spoke with staff in office and asked them to verify our account originally showed the amount as a credit to our account.
