This is the second property that I’ve lived in that Greystar manages and both have been a nightmare. If I could’ve gave them zero stars, I would have, but I had to give them at least one There’s no local office at least none that’s listed online people in the office. Grey star is the worst company that ever managed properties
Our building was taken over many Greystar and it’s been an absolute nightmare. The pool and hot tub heater are ALWAYS broken. We have complained countless times and nothing is ever fully resolved. The pool and hot tub have heaters been broken more than they have been in use this summer. Please do not move to a greystar building. The pool is also dirtier and maintained much less than it ever has been with previous building management. Ignored by Local and Corporate Management — No Resolution for Excessive Utility Bills I’ve been a resident at a Greystar-managed property (Avana Thornton Station) and have experienced ongoing issues with extremely high electricity bills for a 1-bedroom unit — well over 800 kWh per month, despite minimal usage.
