No not apply and pay their refundable holding deposit. They say refundable but you will not get this back! I called about it after my app was declined, they told me it would be mailed back to me in 30 days to my last address on my application. I told her I didn’t live there anymore and she couldn’t update it. I paid $316 for absolutely nothing . Beware! They are liars!

Boulder Commons Apartments: September 17: It has been 70 days since my lease ended and they still have not given me my money back. They have broken our lease agreement (60-days) and now I have given them a 7 day notice before I take them the small claims to get my money. This has been absolutely outrageous. Greystar management team for their properties are no good people. They do not do their job very well. I don’t know that anybody wants to rent any property that is owned by Greystar this staff for these properties are worthless and probably need to be replaced in order to get things done. Predatory company. Properties are way overpriced and not maintained. Maintenance workers refuse to fix anything. Makes me wonder where my money goes. Sure doesn’t go back to the property

I lost AC in one of their buildings, One City Block, for at least 3-4 weeks twice in the peak of summer over the span of a year. Instead of actively communicating with me about it, the manager Steven Epps-Castellon, has been rude and condescending this whole time. They never gave me a proper heads up when it was going to be fixed, people would enter my unit to fix the AC, or just the common decency to respond to ANY of my emails. This rental agency absolutely sucks, DO NOT LIVE HERE.
