DO NOT give these people any hold fees or deposits. They are a scam and will steal your money!! I paid them a "hold fee" almost 3 months ago. They claimed they sent the payment 3 weeks ago after forcing me to file complaints with the BBB and Colorado Attorney Generals Office, of course I never received the payment. There are multiple complaints from the stealing peoples money! BEWARE
