Just like another reviewer said, mine is from a different perspective, we are a vendor that has worked for Greystar properties for a year. Multiple properties in different locations and let me tell you, these are the shadiest people we have worked with. You can never get answers and when you get someone even remotely high up, they just deflect and say that it’s not their issue or they have no control over direct deposit or checks. Absolute WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL management company out here. They could care less about lease terms and rules. Smoking and noise violations...not a problem Greystar will accept it all and no you wont get in trouble. Horrible company...had to get out of my lease because a manager BRIAN LANE at ALPINE PRAIRIE VILLAGE LONGMONT said highly innappropriate things to me a female....cant believe they let me out of my lease due to this incompetence. Can u give negative stars??
If I could give negative stars, I would. My review is from a different perspective. I am an approved vendor with Greystar, my business is event planning and execution of resident events. I have a variety of clients buildings spread among a few different property management companies and by far Greystar is the most difficult to work with and to get paid from. I did a resident event for a building back in April and issued my invoice on 4/16 with a due date of 5/16. It took several unreturned phone messages, more emails that I ... read more
It is 100% clear why they have 1 star. I live at Solace at the Ranch where they don’t keep appointments for scheduled repairs. The manager Samantha is always unavailable and the asst Maggie seems to live on giving miss information, as she email me that my repair was on track and it’s a total construction zone. Kyle Anderson the regional manger is of zero use, he gave me his card and has not returned one message. I’ve emailed the CEO for help so we will see if that produces any results, time will tell.
