Worked for my company, EdR, Greystar bought our company and all the EdR people slowly left or were let go. Ruined our company - we were like family.
The level of professionalism at this place is 0. I have tried calling them a million times and they will never pick up the phone. I have left voicemail as well and never call back. I have a pressing issue where I need Chase bank to verify a check that was sent to me for reimbursement of a security deposit at one of their properties and they never EVER answer the phone. It’s been over a month, and these people have a phone number listed that will never pick up.
I have rented with them in 2014. I was calling them for the last 2 weeks to check the dates of my lease in 2014. I needed to check the exact dates for filing a document. It seems the person in charge of what I was asking for is Kaitlyn Schmidt. I have left them voicemail messages for the last 2 weeks. I have not heard back from them. I think they don't care about past tenants.
