John K tries to intimidate and bully into sales like the previous guy stated. Who requires a deposit to submit a credit application?!? Did some research and found that he was arrested for trying to beat up someone at a charity golf tournament. I can only imagine how the rest of the process would have went. Him and other salespeople have to lie about other dealerships in the area just hoping you won't go speak with anyone else.
