If I could give a 0 I would. We waited for over a year to get our home and was told that to run the electric would be included. Of $5000. Nope it cost almost $20000 for the electric. We had original thought we would need a bigger well and septic but we didn’t so they put in a smaller one. It has now been over two years and still have not been refunded for that amount. The siding was coming off. They waited months to put in the underpinning so it got washed out underneath and started settling and the inside started cracking. ... read more
