We worked with Skylar and I can not say enough good things!! He made the whole process so easy! He stayed in contact with us every step of the way. If something was not correct, he was on it!! Not only are the homes beautiful, the quality is amazing!! I couldn’t be more pleased!! Go check them out!!

Although I haven’t purchased a home as yet…. I’m just shopping, I will certainly go through North Florida Custom Homes for sure when I’m ready. The salesperson, Skylar was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all the questions I had regarding several different models as well as payment options! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a custom home!
