On May 21, 2024, We placed a cash order for a discounted, on the lot, ScotBilt 2844 mobile home double wide. Both Chads were very nice to us explaining the entire process. Their itemized land preparation expenses and new home contract were straight forward and very detailed. So far our experience has been great. We aren’t at the end yet but so far so good. I see the negative reviews and I can honestly say that both Chads and Tyler have been so great at answering all of our calls and questions. I have never lived in a mobile home so I have had a lot of questions and these guys have put up with me and my husband and have been friendly and professional. Where do I start? Lies and not met promises made by sales guy(Tyler) then not backed by Manager (Chad). We were told that what we picked out and wanted would be delivered. We wanted a certain house and made modifications through text phones and emails. Was told no worries we got you and you will have the house you will love. They took design items out of the house that they said would stay. They put things in. There that we didn’t want.They installed wrong carpet . Put AC in wrong location.
