Great home, but it was a process. The original sales person told us things that weren't true, then quit his job leaving us with incorrect information . The next sales person we dealt with was great. He went over and above helping us through the whole process. We had some trouble with things the manufacturer did, but the sales person and manager worked to get the issues resolved. After some time, the manufacturer took care of the things that needed repaired and our home turned out beautiful.
DONT USE THEM!!! It will be the biggest mistake you ever make. The entire process was the worst experience we ever had and the end product is a huge pos that is falling apart and constantly having to be redone. Everything. It’s the worst possible. I would start to tell you some of the things wrong but the list would be endless because it’s literally everything. Owner was fantastic
On May 21, 2024, We placed a cash order for a discounted, on the lot, ScotBilt 2844 mobile home double wide. Both Chads were very nice to us explaining the entire process. Their itemized land preparation expenses and new home contract were straight forward and very detailed. They arranged for permits, land clearance, utilities installation, etc. The whole process moved forward fast, from July 25, notice of commencement to September 9, certificate of use, when we received the keys of our house.
