North Florida Custom Homes of Palatka deserves 10 stars in our opinion!! We have been mobile home shopping for 2 years all over Florida to put on our property. In every place before - they either couldn’t stay in our price range or offer acceptable interest rates. If I could give a 0 I would. We waited for over a year to get our home and was told that to run the electric would be included. Of $5000. Nope it cost almost $20000 for the electric. We had original thought we would need a bigger well and septic but we didn’t so they put in a smaller one. It has now been over two years and still have not been refunded for that amount. The siding was coming off. They waited months to put in the underpinning so it got washed out underneath and started settling and the inside started cracking. ... read more
We worked with Skylar and I can not say enough good things!! He made the whole process so easy! He stayed in contact with us every step of the way. If something was not correct, he was on it!! Not only are the homes beautiful, the quality is amazing!! I couldn’t be more pleased!! Go check them out!!
