John, the owner most unprofessional person i've ever talked to. Dont walk you through the process or allow you to ask questions about the process. Tries to bully and intimidate you, what a joke. All he wants is the money and a signature. Worse than a used car sales man.
Great home, but it was a process. The original sales person told us things that weren't true, then quit his job leaving us with incorrect information . The next sales person we dealt with was great. He went over and above helping us through the whole process. We had some trouble with things the manufacturer did, but the sales person and manager worked to get the issues resolved. After some time, the manufacturer took care of the things that needed repaired and our home turned out beautiful.
DONT USE THEM!!! It will be the biggest mistake you ever make. The entire process was the worst experience we ever had and the end product is a huge pos that is falling apart and constantly having to be redone. Everything. It’s the worst possible. I would start to tell you some of the things wrong but the list would be endless because it’s literally everything. I spend more money and time having things redone that it disgusts me, if my blood pressure could handle it I would file a lawsuit but I’ve decided I just have to give... read more
