This place is a literal joke, they called me to let know that my cat was not able to be neutered due to the inability of getting him out of his crate but were able to call me and tell me that he has ear mites or an ear infection. When questioned why they were not able to get him out they said he was ... grumpy. Not sure how a spay clinic is not able to handle a house cat who is scared but cant handle feral cats off the street.
