Great starting point for a 8+ mile hike. We did Thunderbolt up to summit then back Gould.
Nice walks along well laid out trails
A "must visit" for an easy, flat, beautiful 1.7 mile walking loop. It starts near the new outdoor recreation center, which has restrooms, including an all gender option, and water. The trail has spectacular views of the mountain and goes alongside a pond, meadows of flowers, and some forest w/shade. It is a stone dust/gravel path. I recommend going counterclockwise.
